What is your service area?
We are located in LA County. We are happy to travel further, but please note that a travel fee will be added depending on the location and distance from us.
How long does it take to get our photos and video?
Our standard turnaround time is between 2 weeks to 1.5 months, depending on the season and our current workload. During peak seasons, it might occasionally take a little longer. However, please rest assured that we always do our best to deliver your beautiful memories as quickly as possible!
How many photos and videos will I receive, and how will I get them?
You can expect approximately 100 fully edited photos per hour of shooting. In reality, the final number is usually much higher! We capture multiple successful shots from the same pose—such as a different glance, a slight tilt of the head, or various angles. We keep all the great shots so you can choose your personal favorites, which is why you will often receive more photos than expected.
Please note: 100 photos does not mean 100 different locations or 100 different poses, but rather a beautiful, comprehensive story of your session.
Regarding video, the length and exact content of the final film will depend entirely on the specific package you choose.
Once everything is ready, you will receive all your high-resolution photos and videos through a beautiful, private online gallery. The gallery will remain active and available for download for 6 months, allowing you plenty of time to save your beautiful memories to your device and share them with loved ones.
Will I receive the raw unedited footage/photos?
Raw (unedited) material is not included in the standard package price, but it can be purchased separately as an additional service.
Please pay special attention to our raw file storage policy: if you are interested in acquiring the raw footage, please inform us in advance! We do not store raw files for more than 2 months after your shoot. Furthermore, once we provide you with the download link for your raw material, all files will be permanently deleted after one week. We strongly recommend notifying us early and downloading your files promptly upon receiving the link.poses, but rather a beautiful, comprehensive story of your session.
